So, This used to be my thinspo blog. Well, as much as I love thinspo and I have this sick obsession for wanting to be very thin, it's not healthy or realistic for my body type. And I've wasted a lot of time feeling miserable because I could never achieve that idea of beauty. Like many girls I've lived with a very poor body image and low self esteem for many years. As a result I've not treated my mind or body kindly. I've self harmed, abused laxatives, and purged and basically made myself miserable and depressed.

All this has been on and off for quite some time. It's like a cycle, I do well and stop binging and cutting and then one day I fall off the band wagon and bam I'm back in the mess. But I can't keep giving into the hate and negativity and as long as I'm alive there will always be times when I fall, but I will always recover and start over. Now, with spring and summer coming up I've been inspired to stop hurting and hating myself. I want to treat my body and soul kindly and take care of myself. I don't want to hate myself or value myself only for my appearances. I want to live healthily and happily. I just want to be at peace with my body. In harmony with myself.

As a result this will no longer be a dedicated thinspo/self hate/E.D. enveloped blog, but rather a blog depicting how to love yourself and others.
